Fabian Supancic Organ Trio and Guests: Tribute to Joey Defrancesco

Since one of my greatest musical heroes passed in August, we are going to do a tribute to Joey Defrancesco. Joey was a major force on the Hammond organ and was responsible for resurrecting the classic organ trio tradition in the late 80’s. He was very much responsible for not only reviving the organ scene but also sparked an interest in young players, including my humble self in my teens.
We are going to play tunes off my latest Album „Explorations“, compositions by Joey and tunes that are associated with him.
